Duties:- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the office's phone system- Verify patient insurance information and update patient records- Collect and process payments from patients- Assist with managing patient flow and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns they may have- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Skills:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and dental professionals- Proficiency in using phone systems and scheduling software- Attention to detail to accurately update patient records and insurance information- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
