Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, well organized, multi-tasker who enjoys working with people to join our team in our periodontal office located in Skokie on a Part-Time / Full Time basis.
The Front office assistant provides excellent Patient service while incorporating creativity and marketing ideas to the practice.
Duties include:
Responsible for maintaining the reception area clean and stocked at all times, answering phones, scheduling appointments checking-in patients, computer data entry, scanning documents, making insurance follow up calls and keeping up with recall visits of existing patients. Scheduling lunch appointment with doctors offices, coordinating events for the practice, creating and sending out invitations. Visiting local offices to drop off referrals, gifts and supplies needed for patient cases frequently.
This job will require Marketing for the Dental Practice outside of the office. A vehicle/drivers license is needed

High school diploma/GED required
2+ years’ administrative experience
Dental office experience is Preferred
Professional and courteous disposition
Excellent communication and time management skills
Basic Computer knowledge ( Knowledge of Dental Software preferred)
Creative ideas
Vehicle is needed

Working days:

Mondays: 10am - 5pm
Tuesday: 8-5pm
Wednesday: 8am- 5pm
Thursday: 8am - 5pm
Friday: 8am-5pm

5PM
