Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the dental office setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately- Schedule patient appointments and maintain calendars- Verify insurance information and process payments- Assist with dental records management- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous dental office is a must
- Knowledge and experience in dental treatment planning- Knowledge of dental terminology is a must- Proficiency in Dentrix or similar software is a plus- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
