Job Description

We are seeking a full time front office employee to join our practice.
Our office is a one doctor, general dentistry practice that's been located in the Edmonds/Mountlake Terrace area for over 20 years.
If you are looking for a patient focused, relaxed dental practice-this might be the place (job) for you.
Our hours are Monday- Thursday 7:30 am to 5:00pm
Qualifications:
Previous dental experience is a must
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients.
Organizational skills-be able to multi task.
Proficient in basic computer skills and experience with dental software. We use DSN Dental-Exec V.20
Duties:
Warmly greeting patients and visitors
Managing phone calls and scheduling patients
Processing insurance
Posting payments
Running statements
Presenting treatment estimates
