West Newton Dental Associates is looking for a front desk receptionist with experience in dental insurance billing. Are you a hard working individual with a strong focus on customer service? Then we have a great opportunity for you. We are a very busy Newton dental practice serving our patients for over 40 years. We are one of the top rated dental offices in Newton. We are looking for a reliable, efficient and friendly person to add to our fantastic administrative team! Familiarity with dental management software, knowledge of dental terminology and codes, and knowledge of dental insurance is a must. Positive attitude and the ability to multi-task is required. We are looking for someone 3-5 days per week. This position is for serious candidates only! Pay is commensurate with experience, and benefits package is available.
Administrative Duties:

Insurance billing
Scheduling
Sorting and sending mail
Answering and routing phone calls
Greeting visitors
Running errands
