Overview:
HealthDrive is currently seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist, to work part-time (3 days per week) in facilities throughout Appleton, WI and surrounding areas.

INDHDCORE1A Responsibilities:
The Dental Hygienist will provide general dental hygiene services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long term care facilities within an assigned territory.
Essential Functions:
Provides routine dental cleanings.
Conducts x-ray utilizing a digital x-ray unit.
Adheres to OSHA guidelines regarding patient care, disposal of materials, and sterilization of equipment on a daily basis.
Enters patient information and completes required clinical documentation in our cutting-edge EMR system.
Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must be willing to drive up to 90 minutes one-way within a designated territory.
Qualifications:
RDH
State professional license
Valid driverââ¬â¢s license
Dental hygiene background with proficiency in the assessment, treatment, management and evaluation of dental hygiene.
Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to use email, the internet and to learn other healthcare related software.
