Are you an outgoing individual with a passion for providing exceptional patient care? We're looking for a Dental Receptionist and Hygiene Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and efficient service throughout their visit.
Responsibilities:
÷ Schedule appointments and manage patient information with accuracy and attention to detail.
÷ Welcome patients to the practice.
÷ Coordinate dental hygiene appointments.
÷ Facilitate referrals to other dental specialists.
÷ Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to messages, and managing office supplies.
÷ Assist patients with filling out necessary forms and collecting payments.
÷ Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient experience.
Requirements:
Availability for full-time work, with a schedule of 4.5 days per week.
While prior experience in a dental office is preferred, we welcome candidates with a strong customer service background.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for this role.
Strong organizational abilities to manage appointments and patient records efficiently.
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and patient satisfaction.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft dental software is a plus, but not required; we provide training for the right candidate.
