Job Description

We are looking for a motivated experienced general dentist that is interested treating patients and being part of an amazing team located in the Brighton Park neighborhood of Chicago (southwest side).

We are offering a position that would to see patients Tuesday afternoons (1:30pm to 7pm), Thursday mornings (7:30am to 1:30pm), Friday mornings (7:30am to 1:30pm) and 1 Saturday per month (8am to 1pm). The position requires Thursday mornings, 1 Saturday every 4-6 weeks, and the option to choose Tuesday afternoons and/or Friday mornings.
The position would be ideal for a dentist that is looking for a dental work home in a community that has a lot of dental needs and has at least 1 or more years of experience.
With three experienced general dentists at the practice and the support an experienced assistant and financial coordinators, the new dentist would have colleagues to help answer any questions he or she may have as well as autonomy to make the best clinical decisions.
Compensation is 35% of collections with the first 90 days with a minimum guarantee.

We use Dentrix for our practice management software.
We are in network with most PPOs with negotiated higher fee schedules and accept medicaid for children only.
Many of patients are Spanish speaking. All of our staff is bilingual to help communicate with our patients.
