Job Description

PDL is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organized and have great attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast pace environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to greeting patients, answering phones, appointment scheduling, assisting with the check-in and check-out process and insurance eligibility.
Requirements for the position:
-Previous experience as a Dental Front Desk Secretary
-Knowledge of dental insurances
-Knowledge of payment posting and claims submission
-Excellent customer service, verbal communication and computer skills
Compensation based on level of experience.
