Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Dental Receptionist at Southwest Dental Group in Orland Park, IL. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for appointment scheduling, dental care coordination, phone etiquette, and various receptionist duties. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our patients.
Qualifications
Appointment Scheduling and Dental Care coordination skills
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience in receptionist duties
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Familiarity with dental insurance plans and billing
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Friendly and professional demeanor
Experience in a dental setting is required
Schedule
Hours are Monday (8:30-4), Tuesday (9:30-7), Thursday (7:30-4), Friday (7:30-12), Saturday (7:30-1, once a month)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
