Job Description

· Greet visitors and patients, determine their needs, check appointments and direct the person accordingly;
· Answer telephone calls using proper protocol;
· Reschedule patients appointments, notify patients of any changes in appointments;
· Assure all communications and transactions with patients and visitors are conducted in a mature, calm, sensitive and respectful manner;
· Register patient, update insurance, check patient's eligibility, create claims, etc;
· Assist with dental procedures/cross training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
Schedule:

8 hour shift

Experience:

Dental assisting: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
