Responsibilities
Empathetically discuss and treat dental concerns with patients
Establish a comprehensive treatment plan for better dental hygiene and positive restorative outcomes.
Work alongside a superstar hygiene department
Perform cosmetics, and restorative dental procedures
Diagnosis bite issues and overcrowding
Prescribe medications for dental problems, such as pain medications or antibiotics
Provide outstanding care to patients
Appropriately diagnose, tx plan, and diagnose oral disease and oral manifestation of systemic diseases.
Follow well defined business systems
Requirements of Associate Dentist:
Passion to educate and serve a diverse patient base
Active Illinois state dental license and malpractice insurance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to keep detailed records
Open minded to learning new systems and following them
Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics, and thorough tx planning skills.
Good, positive management skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
Ability to manage dental complications for any procedure performed on a patient.
Ability to adapt to Pure Dental Spaââ¬â¢s learning environment and be willing to accept constructive criticism and be eager to further enhance your skillset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
