Overview:Brookfield Dental Studio, one of the fastest-growing clinics in the area, is looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our dynamic team in a dual-role position Dental Assisting / Front Desk duties. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of dental care and patient management. We value prior dental experience. On-the-job training for candidates ready to grow their skills in dentistry.
Responsibilities:
Dental Assisting:
Provide chair-side assistance during exams and treatments under dentist supervision.
Perform patient charting and manage X-ray procedures.
Sterilize instruments and maintain the Sterilization Area.
Prepare and organize treatment rooms before and after procedures.
Manage dental supplies by taking inventory and placing orders.
Uphold a clean and professional environment.
Front Desk:
Deliver exceptional customer service consistently as part of the team.
Schedule appointments and manage daily and monthly patient targets.
Handle phone calls, appointment confirmations, and patient check-ins.
Verify dental benefits accurately and maintain detailed patient records.
Manage insurance claims, submit pre-authorizations, and prepare patient charts for upcoming appointments.

Ideal Candidate:
Dental assisting experience preferred; not required. Will train the right candidate.
Fluency in languages other than English is a huge plus.
