Job Description

We are a beautiful, modern, private dental practice, with a positive, professional, fun, and down-to-earth team who is seeking a full-time receptionist who has a great attitude and is a team player. We would prefer at least one year experience but are willing to train the right candidate.
Front-End responsibilities include:

-Greet patients and seat them promptly when needed
-Provide patients with post-op instructions and follow-up with patients after complex procedures
-Answering phone calls and send text messages
-Schedule and confirm appointments
-Collect patient copays
-Verify Patient insurance and eligibility
-Send out insurance claims, provide insurance with necessary information, follow-up and appeal unpaid insurance claims.
-Create and present treatment plans
-Send out billing statements
-Printout aging reports
-Input insurance payments from dental claims

Our ideal candidate would be a team-player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with children and adults. Someone who can maintain focus with a sense of prioritization and urgency, pays attention to detail, is organized and mindful. Dental experience preferred. Knowledge of Dexis and Dentrix software is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
