Dental Front Office Lead/Insurance Coordinator
At least 1-3 years of dental office experience required.
We are hiring based on attitude, talent, and potential.
Hands-on front office lead responsible for:
o Patient scheduling
o Electronic claim submittal
o Insurance coordination
o Verify eligibility
o Make genuine connections with all patients
o Analyze and track front office operations
o Handle employee questions about the dental management software (Dentrix)
o Write upfront office procedures and train new team member on changes
o Continuously learn and implement best practices in the dental front office industry
o Collecting co-pays and any outstanding balance
o All other office tasks assigned by the office manager
· Full-time 25-35 hours per week
