About us: Skyline Smiles & Alta Dental is a group of family-oriented dental practices that were started by two best friends that met in dental school! Our practices are modern, fast-paced, and rooted in great technology. We've recently expanded our footprint into Bucktown, Roscoe Village, South Chicago, and Indiana! We are a growing company looking to hire driven staff members that want to grow with us. We are hiring for multiple positions at multiple locations!

What you'll be doing: You're at the heart of all that we do!

You will be one of the first impressions with patients, interacting with them before they meet the dentist.
Handling all front desk administrative duties including but not limited to the following: patient check in and check out, answering inbound calls, appointment scheduling, collecting patient co-pays, presenting treatment plans, and much more.
Handling all dental assisting duties including but not limited to fillings, root canals, crowns, extractions, implants, nitrous, orthodontics (including Invisalign).

You have a growth mindset, are a self-starter, and a team player who likes to solve problems

Qualifications: Experience with Eaglesoft and Curve practice management software a plus!

Customer service experience
2 years dental front desk experience required
Knowledge of dental coding
Treatment presentation experience
