About this position:

Ephraim, Utah: beautiful small town with picturesque mountain views, outdoor recreation, and great schools! Cost of living is low and we're only an hour from downtown Provo and 2 hours from Salt Lake City.
Flexible schedule (3 or 4 days/week)
Full schedule upon first week (this position backfilling current associate that is moving)
PPO/FFS
Established practice with approximately 60 NPs/month
7 operatories (room for future expansion)
Experienced, dedicated, and highly efficient support staff that have been with us for a long time!

5 Dental Hygienists, 2 DAs per doctor
Drama-free environment

Full- scope dental services provided in office to adults and children
CBCT, CEREC Primescan

Duties/Responsibilities:

Exam, Diagnose and Treat patients who require comprehensive dental care including restorative, cosmetic, oral surgery, prosthetics, operatives, implants, endo, and ortho.

Requirements:

Utah dental license
CPR certification
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations of the dental profession (HIPAA, OSHA, CDC etc.)
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in dentistry (DMD)
