```Duties:```- Greet and welcome patients to the dental office- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries- Maintain patient records and update necessary information- Provide administrative support to dental staff- Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized reception area
```Requirements:```- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role preferred- Knowledge of medical scheduling software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix- Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of medical administrative support functions
