Calling all Dentists! Come join CareLink's Mobile Dentistry team! We are a group of licensed dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants who provide critical dental care to residents of Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, and other congregate care facilities. Services we provide include comprehensive oral assessment; tooth cleaning and polishing; fluoride treatment; x-ray and diagnostic imaging services; denture fabrication, fittings and repairs; and fillings.

Provides basic, urgent, emergent and time sensitive dental care, using mobile dental equipment at CareLink contracted facilities.
Must be able to set-up and break-down the operatory, in regards to sanitizing, disinfecting and sterilizing mobile dental equipment and instruments in accordance with established CDC and OSHA guidelines as needed.
Provides dental services in accordance with current standards of practice.
Assessments- medical and dental histories, clinical and radiographic examinations, intraoral photos, aesthetic evaluation, Caries Risk Assessment (CRA), Gingival Index (GI), Comprehensive Periodontal Evaluation (CPE).
Diagnosis and care planning – development of individual patient dental care plans.
Implement Treatment – Rx., extra- and intra- oral examinations, preventive (e.g., fluoride, sealants), restorative.
Evaluates and assures the delivery of quality dental services.
Completes accurate and timely documentation of dental services.
Participates in effective communication with CareLink team members and contracted facility staff.
Communicates effectively with facility personnel, patients, family members about diagnosis and treatment plan.
Triages and addresses limited/problem focus or patient case calls when appropriate.
Performs related work as required or directed.
Participates in the development of CareLink program as required.
Participates in the development and ongoing review of dental care protocols for compliance with current standards of practice as requested.
Participates in staff meetings and in-service education programs as requested.
