Responsibilities:- Manage the front desk operations and ensure smooth daily operations- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner- Answer phone calls and schedule and confirm appointments- Insurance verification and billing- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, payment processing- Process payments and maintain accurate records- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction- Treatment coordination, presentation, and facilitating treatment starts
Requirements:- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure- Attention to detail and ability to work with a growing team

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
