Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist/Dental Assistant/ EFDA to join our team as a hybrid team member. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, patient care and administrative support in a dental office setting. Attention to detail and take charge personality desired. We are a implant and denture only practice. The ideal candidate would be knowledgeable in this field of dentistry. A passion for helping people would be appreciated.
Responsibilities:- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner- Schedule and confirm patient appointments- Maintain electronic health records and ensure accuracy- Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage- Handle patient billing and payment processing- Assist with patient inquiries regarding treatment plans, fees, and insurance benefits- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Breakdown/set up treatment rooms
-Take X-rays and Images
Skills:- Proficiency in open dental or similar dental practice management software- Knowledge of dental terminology- Understanding of HIPAA regulations for patient privacy- Ability to perform basic vital signs assessment- procedures- Experience in maintaining medical records accurately- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and staff

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
