Job Overview:We are seeking a friendly Dental Hygienist to work in our private family dental practice. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10-6:30 and Saturday 8-2.
Can also be a Saturday plus any other 1-2 days.
Position will begin July 2024.
Responsibilities:- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing- Take dental x-rays- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations- Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements:- Valid state dental hygiene license- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28.5 per week
