The person we want to join our team has to be friendly, personable, and be able to multitask. Patient care is a priority. We would love someone with experience working with Dentrix Ascend to help facilitate our patient experience.

Responsibilities

Answer phones
Scheduling appointment
Insurance verification
Greeting patients
Checking patients out
Handling new patient calls and being the lead contact for those individuals during their onboarding to our office
Taking payments
Routine front desk responsibilities
