Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

We are a busy dental office looking for a Dental Front Office/Receptionist. Customer service experience (required), must be reliable, have great attention to detail, able to work with others.

Responsibilities of a Dental Receptionist: Greeting patients, checking-in and checking-out patients, answering phones, returning phone calls from voicemail messages. Acting as a point of communication between patient and providers when needed.  Scheduling appointments and confirming next day appointments.  Completing and filing insurance forms.  Collecting balances and new service payments.  Office duties include document filing, scanning and faxing.  Excellent phone and in-person communication skills, organization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.

Tempe Location: Mon & Tues 7:30am-4:30pm. Thursdays 8:30am-5:30pm. Fridays 8:30-4:30pm.  Moon Valley Location:  Wed 8:30am - 4:30pm

Job Type: Full-Time.  Pay: Depends On Experience but ranges from $20.00 - $28.00 per hour. . Anticipated hours: 40 hours per week.
