Job Description

Our team is growing! This administrative position will involve working alongside others in check-in and check-out, scheduling, communicating with patients, answering phone calls, and insurance verification. The perfect candidate should be well able to perform all aspects of the administrative position. This is not a training position. We are looking for a team player with impeccable customer service skills and an ability to multitask and self manage.

We are a private practice located in Keller, two doctors, 2-3 hygienists and 2 dental assistants.

We offer 14 days paid vacation annually starting 3 months after the start date. (to be earned on a monthly basis but with request and management approval-- can be granted in advance),6 Paid Holidays starting 3 months after start date with one additional floating holiday of your choice (New Year, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas + one more of your choice),401K with 3-5% match after one year of employment, $150 annually for medical emergency visit like at Carenow etc.
