We are a successful, progressive orthodontic office in Mill Valley. We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator. We have a fun, positive team who enjoys working with our patients and each other.
We are searching for a reliable, enthusiastic and dedicated applicant. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, ability to learn user friendly computer programs and the ability to work with different people styles.
A college degree is preferred but not required.
The position includes a 5 day workweek. Compensation is based on experience.

ORTHODONTIC RDA (mill valley)

We strive to be one of the best orthodontic offices in Marin. In order to achieve this, we provide excellent service and treatment results for all of our patients. We also have an amazing team who has a lot of fun together.
We are seeking to find a candidate to fill the Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) position with x-ray certification. Although orthodontic experience is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train the right team member.
This position is great for someone with a ready smile and excellent technical and communication skills. The right candidate should have the ability to build relationships with all of our patients, young and old; as well as become an integral member of our team.
This is a five day a week position (approximately 40 hours per week) with benefits. Benefits include medical insurance reimbursement, paid holidays, vacation and personal days, and a 401K retirement plan. Employees also qualify for a bonus after 6 months of employment.
