- Participate in a Workshops or Webinars. The Amplifying Voices webinar series through the ADA provides a space to hear perspectives around diversity, equity, and inclusion in dentistry.
- Share Information. Read and share a blog post on diversity in dentistry
- Get Educated. Educate yourself and your staff on mental health. The ADA offers a playlist on Youtube to help. There are also a series of paid webinars that may be helpful.
- Join the Champions Network. This group meets virtually every 2 months to discuss diversity and inclusion.
- Join the ADA Institute for Diversity in Leadership. There’s no fee and the institute is open to all active, licensed dentists residing in the U.S.
- Partner Within Your Community. Local organizations offer an opportunity to spread the word while increasing the visibility of your dental practice.
- Highlight Diverse Contributions. Highlight diverse stories through your blog, newsletters, and social media.
