Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk/Floater for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We Are

We are a private, concierge dentist in Newport Beach located near Fashion Island. Our dentist is the only female accredited dentist in the area and we pride ourselves on patient experience in our office. We are only open Monday-Thursday with custom hours as well. 

Who We're Looking For

Ideally, we are looking for a receptionist for the front desk who can also help out in the back when needed. We want a loyal, responsible and reliable person to add to our team. We are like a family here and we are looking for that missing piece. We need someone helping answer phones, check-in patients, schedule appointments, verify insurances and hygiene recalls. We would love it if we could find someone who can float to the back as needed as well. **Eaglesoft knowledge is a HUGE PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments
• Handle patient recalls and scheduling
• Insurance verification and breakdowns
• Help out the back with sterilization needs, turning over rooms, etc when needed
