Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional front office professional and presentable individual to join our dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will be a reliable and organized team player, with excellent customer service and phone skills. The right candidate has to be professional in attitude and attire and be able to thrive in a busy and multi-tasked environment. The right candidate will get backing and support but needs to be a self-starter and can be relied upon.

Responsibilities

Welcomig and checking patients in.

Helping patients comple paperwork and making sure it is updated on Dentrix

Insurance verification and breakdown

Being responsible for front office and business suite organization and cleanliness

Making patient care calls and following up with other healthcare providers 

Appointment confirmations and help ensure schedule is productive
